奏九宸

具職臣某誠惶誠恐，稽首頓首。俯拜

奏爲。入齋意至依

教奉行。以今祗事之初，未敢自專。先具奏狀奏

聞者。右謹錄狀上奏

高上神霄九宸上帝御前。恭望

宸慈，允臣所奏。請降

睿旨，宣告九霄諸天臺館府閣。行下九天三界真司。咸令照應，允臣懇切。所乞事理施行。啓科之初，伏望移

仙仗於九霄，鑒

齋誠於下土。上廣

宸恩之化，以照

肇慶之功。臣干冒

宸威，下情無任之至。謹狀。
