臣恭以擁五色之祥雲，瞻黃道而天顔咫尺；謁三清之聖境，序清班而仙仗徘徊。蓋將演金篆之科，然必整玉成之禮。法衆如儀，陞壇闡事。舉。

金容玉相天尊。
