本山廚非香積，無白雪黃芽，上供帝座，亦無山肴野𬝜，款待嘉賓，惟牛膝、沙參、乾苔石耳。開山之風味，籍籍人口。蘇易簡曰。物無定味，適口爲珍。此司庖之妙訣也。
