服日芒法

日月摹别服眞形，在隱訣中

平坐臨目，直存心中有日象，大如錢，赤色，紫光九芒，從心上出喉，至齒間，未出齒而廻還胃中。良乆，存見心胃中分明，乃吐氣漱液，服液三十九過止。一日三爲之。此當以平旦東向，日中南向，晡時西向。
