赤帝養炁之符
姓洞浮諱極炎，字赤熛弩。
右丹書黃素佩之，以立夏之日受。若吞服，書以竹膜上，二枚。
黒帝通血護育得道之人，使血脉通利，榮盛一身，无有窒礙。黑帝，太元水帝也。水在人身而爲血。
