三性者，乃元氣、元精、元神，以前打湊玄關，而生真人是也。修真守此，謂之守一存三。守一乃藥物生全也，可以耆翁復丁壯，老嫗成姹女，髮白反黑，齒落更生，改形免世厄，號之曰真人。
