丹：性定金砂結，心空赤子成。更須常暖養，拈出便光明。

牢把捉，温養工夫，如鷄覆子。差之毫釐丹，失之千里。仔細看，牢着脚根，放開心地。

養育提携子，須憑没口婆。分毫失照顧，鷂子過新羅。
