外丹內丹論
外丹內丹論
氣象於天地，變通於陰陽，陽龍陰虎，木液金精，二氣交合而成者，謂之外丹。含和錬藏，叶故納新，上入泥丸，下注丹田，中朝絳宫，此乃謂之內丹。
內丹可以延年，外丹可以昇舉，學道者宜勉之。
