明耳目訣
常以手按兩眉後小穴中三九過，又以手心及手指摩兩目顴上，以手旋目行三十過，唯合數，無時節也。畢，輙以手逆乘額三九過，從眉中爲始，乃止。入髪際中，口咽液，多少無數也。如此常行，耳目聦明。
