邛䟽

邛䟽者，周封史也。能行氣鍊形，煮石髓而服之，謂之石鍾乳。至數百年，往來入太室山中，有卧石牀枕焉。

八珍促壽，五石延生。邛疏得之，

鍊髓餌精。人以百年，行邁身輕。

寢息中獄，　遊步仙庭。
