前司三官保命眞人
郭四朝眞人，燕國人也。兄弟四人，秦時居伏龍之地，並得道。四朝是長兄眞法。其司三官者，六百年無違坐，超遷之。四朝軄滿，上補九宫左仙公，領玉臺執蓋郎。中間乆缺無人，後以茅小君代四朝耳。
