伏以三界攸宗，十方所仰，尊惟太上，位極髙眞。蓋浩劫以難窮，固強名之不及。臣叨膺寳曆，嗣撫蒸黎。荷兹睠懷，蒙被純嘏。深惟大幸，併在眇躬。寢寐不遑，祗慄無措。臣無任懇倒之至，謹詞。
