伏以臣紹膺命曆，實荷慶靈。仰上帝之眷懷，俾本枝之蕃茂。眷言繼體，俯及勝衣。屬生日之戒辰，感神心之降鑒。敢伸精意，用答鴻禧。庶曲茂於延祥，俾永膺於介福。臣無任懇倒之至，謹詞。
