伏以誕膺眷祐，祗竭誠明。恭館肇新，用昭介祉。睟容虔寫，獲覩成功。揆吉日以在辰，奉眞儀而戒路。伏冀鬱蒸靡盛，氣序咸和。俾利渉之攸宜，彰炳靈之降鑒。臣無任懇倒之至，謹詞。
