玉清昭應宫

臣顧以眇躬，纉兹大寳。雖純禧之溥洽，實至治之未臻。屬以宫城，偶延焚燎。眷言朝列，頗屬震驚。雖人事之有因，敢忘於祗畏；庶靈謀之不昧，曲照於戰兢。虔逹中懷，用伸昭謝。臣無任懇倒之至，謹詞。
