以八月直成日取蓮實，九月直成日取雞頭實，隂乾百日，擣分等。直成日以井華水服方寸七，滿百日，壯者不復老，老者復壯。若爲不然，以藥别食雞雛百日，即知驗矣。乆服之神仙。
