以二斗膏、一斗水，合二升薫陸香、二升沈香，屑二兩合煑，令水盡，唯餘膏在。劑其屑，日以酒服五合，百日玉女侍之神效，五百日神仙至迎人去。道家祕此方，初不輕傳。
