訣

凡坐趺是升身，垂簾塞兊，神凝息定，下提上吸，二炁交合，薫蒸四大，上十二重樓，真津滿口，以炁送下，意歸元宫，既往提吸，微微開兊，繼復如前，以多爲度，遇費力而止。

日中拂榻關窗坐，夜後垂簾開眼眠。坤外上六竅，共九竅乾外下三竅。

關竅未通，必須歸根，槖籥以宣妙用，機緘萬宻，毫楮莫陳。神仙云：八萬四千關捩子，都縁一箇錀匙開。
