味辛，温，無毒。主腹內諸冷血氣脹。功用似桂，皮薄，不過烈。生西胡國。今附。
海藥：按廣州記云：生南海山谷，補暖腰脚，破産後惡血，治血痢腸風，功力與桂心同方，醫家少用。
