治病六符
符上玉女眞形平身，若治病，不用印頭。
勑符呪。
九天勑下日月星符，左勑青龍，右勑白虎，前勑朱雀，後勑玄武，四十萬人，辟除不祥。符到之處，永亨利貞萬邪入地，惡鬼藏形。急急如律令。
