鍊土法

取好黄土如脂蠟者，暴乾擣篩，水淘如甘飲狀，攪數百遍，停一宿，去上清水。接取細泥，暴乾。其下麤者，更擣淘如前。破之如梅李大，猛火燒之三日，通赤如丹。畢寒之，更擣絹篩三斤加一斤黄丹，即是泥。又法：取黄土一斤，堅實細理者，擣絹篩，沸湯煮之三日。此泥擬黄帝九鼎丹中第一之丹流珠丹用。
