又法
右取砂子，莫令成粉末，以絹及竹疏袋子重盛，以赤鳥清水，水中加黄丹四兩，煑下七日。然後入赤鳥，煎成白膽子櫃，中伏七日，便全伏火，不用抽生。又如不入櫃，但一岀手，二七日煮，亦得。
