俗爲金蘋，書爲更芝。性冷。出河北。樣如竹莖，青。治喉閉。生戊丁，死甲乙。應大寒節，立冬後採之。

歌曰：

纖枝小葉色青青，天上人間有兩名。

此物四時看不定，落花時節採多靈。
