取元砂子，秤看折多少，秤汞等分，依前法煑結，入火養三七日，取出。用新砂合子一箇，用砂子鋪蓋光明砂十兩在内，用蜜調紫末貼合子，身外用雞子清，調細墨貼身，又用前藥封白虎，鋪蓋前藥，爲固濟砂禁法也。火合子内鋪蓋了，用油調蚌粉固縫，入火缸内，用三斤火，養四十九日足。
