採取眞鉛眞汞：以淨鉛八兩，取山澤銀四兩，投入鉛内，鎔搧取花，得八兩，謂之鉛黄花。朱砂八兩，同研細，入神鼎，水火打經三轉，自然眞死，爲大丹之基，汞脱無窮之寳。
