世上人人盡好藥，箇箇元來尋不着，也道用鉛不用鉛，及至用鉛還是錯。用鉛不用鉛，不用得長年，用鉛須用鉛，用鉛住丹田。無鉛不成丹，還丹生在鉛。金公能住水。黒鉛有黄芽，黄芽入汞家，覆載以河車。

謌曰

鉛向鉛中出，銛同色不同，

若能分皂白，日日是仙翁。
