杜陽宫太和尹真人

真人名軌，字公度，即文始先生從第也。蚤事先生，親傳道妙。道成，太上召登太和，下統仙僚，於杜陽宫參校真仙圖籙，檢閲神司鬼官，烕制千靈，風清萬鬼。或周覽海嶽，或上朝玉京。晋永興中，復降斯觀，道士梁諶遇之，授以丹書而去。贊曰：

修仙人已擢仙魁，松下丹鑪老碧苔。誰料肉飛千載後，授書又到故家來。
