省府憂潮，致驛書而有命，臣門如水，率祖教以將行。心惟道之是遵，事非天而曷濟。預陳清醮，仰冀洪恩，威命煥頒，祈早清於海恠，教風誕播，還舊障之沙隄，益固民情，永寧邦本。
