夫三生者，是身生性，性生命也。上即氣能生身，中即神能生性，下即精能生命矣何故？爲上元泥丸是精源，下元丹田爲氣海，中元明堂號神君。下元生氣騰於上，上元生精降下，故上下相交在中，方生其神也。
頌曰：三生上下在冲和，酒色返爲燭畔蛾，莫怪此言方引誘，光陽時景不能多。
