丹煉二神，至陽之寶，内榮百脉，外通九竅，則神光出，其液流行，内有神泉澆灌，外有至和之氣，爲液爲汗，百病不生體輕久久生清光毛，行步如飛，登山涉險無所不至，神明相祐矣。
