火候
進火之時，頃刻一周天。夫十箇月而三百日，三千六百時，三萬刻。或刻刻行火候，或時時行火候，或日日行火候，或時中不拘於刻，或日中不拘於時，但用便用，但不知法度，則亂升亂降，則不能上矣！口訣存焉。
