遣呪
謹請歘火大神鄧伯温，領雷火兵士十萬神將，入吾符中，焚燒鬼賊，分明報應。急急准上帝敕令，速奔風火急受命明彰，報應急急！
呪畢，噀水，剔斗蓋之，巽炁入水，再念：歘火大神鄧伯温唵煞攝律令大神雷公霹靂電火攝。
凡欲破邪廟，師巫以緋素朱書，安置壇上，遣將祝事畢，於地户埋之，毋令人見。祕之祕之。
