天民與漱法

天清地明，日月輝晨。灌我五體，光赫玉清。炁不受垢，五藏華禜。罪消比都，禍滅九眞。惡邪伏匿，福連上清。今日錬沐，一切受恩。身生羽服，昇入帝庭。急急如南極長生大帝律令敕。

右法合目存仙人玉女，五色韋衣，四獸獅子白鶴在面前，日月輝光入水中，叩齒三十六通，東向取炁，吹入水中。先服一口，然後用之。
