天民齋粥法
百穀五味，流入脾胃，五藏安寧，尸邪亡墜，七祖上生天，小兆得仙位。長生入九霄，久視通聖慧。急急如高上神霄東華仙君律令敕。
右法，取東華炁咽之，再取炁吹，使百骸九竅調和，三尸九蟲消滅。
