眞霄眞敕，九天浩㫖。付吾禀受，得見光輝。南昌煉形，太微得質。靑龍甲乙，白虎庚辛，朱雀丙丁，玄武壬癸。吏兵導引，眞諱接衛。上列神霄，皈依寳陛。急急如高上保仙王律令。
