治牛瘟符
用黄紙朱書，長二寸，闊二寸七分，用紅絹繫於牛角上，
勑符呪：
牛瘟牛瘟，疾速逺行。稍有滅烈，元帥斬形，吾奉天師律令北炁吹。
又符貼牛欄左角上亦可。
念太陰化生呪書之。
