居山道士，冠平氣冠，山水雲霞衲帔，黃布裳、布裙，白履、草屨，坐七星壇，佩二禁印東西二禁，伏神劒玄巾。此所行之道，各據所得，自務幽寂，不救世人，教文所謂山林寒棲道士也。
