司殺章
民不畏死，奈何以死懼之？若使民常畏𣦸，而爲奇者，吾得執而殺之。殺之，訊牧者，市衆孰敢？常駕柳，有司殺有殺。夫代司殺者殺，歛能爲之权建，是謂代大匠斲。夫代大匭斲者，希有不興傷手矣。
