呂祖初得道，自終南鶴嶺回鄕里省基。偶步南郊蒲陰村，見一人坐柳樹下，性極通靈。問其從來，知卽行童寄兒後身也。祖因曲爲點化，付成丹服之，易其魔相，令守爐執炊，呼曰郭上竈仙。後隨祖隱顯化度。
