許棲巖胎息訣
：凢脩道者，常行內觀，遣去三尸，驅除六賊，納氣於丹田，定心於覺海，心定則神寧，神寧則氣住，氣住則胎長矣。胎之長者，由於息之住也，無息不胎，無胎不息，住息長胎，聖母神孩，故曰胎息定而金木交，心意寧而龍虎會也。
