元吳自牧夢梁錄云：中將軍廟在臨平斗門橋山。山句正月今了陷無平，稱北北南。周將軍。元劉壎隱居通議云：庚子五月，因觀江漲，至五通廟，忽憶兒時見將軍誥詞一軸，乃宋封周將軍爲宣口侯者。均安本宣玉疑日疋靈字。
