、○賈氏說林呼子先夜不寢，夙惟荷藜杖，閨曰：少頃卽謂之臚，後與酒，老肯矣，留其杖。子先故人陸麟實之，謂之棠牀。靑谷先生，不知何許人，隱居華山，修行九息服氣之法，後合爐火大丹，服之得道。
