混元聖記一則
唐元宗十三年二月癸酉，帝親朝獻太淸宮，加上聖祖元元皇帝尊號曰聖祖高上金闕元元天皇大帝。敕有司每年四孟及五獵，修薦獻上香之禮，天下州縣，永依此式。
