擺尾龍
擺尾須龍令左右如，膝頭向處莫容虛，力行三八舒筋骨，筋骨能舒動尾閭。至剛曰：以腰紐向左，而實其左膝，所以舒其左筋骨也。以腰向右，而實其右脉，所以舒右筋骨也。左右力而行之者，豈非所以動尾，問之筋骨平。
