交足龍
交足當盲兀坐間，手又抱膝撐湾。左來右去俱三八，夾脊双関透上関。至剛日，身坐虛幡其膝，則膝交於當胠，手叉實抱其膝，則脉撐入兩肘。然後以左肩力向前，而右肩力向后，右肩向前，左肩力向后。如是行之，則者双関可通矣。
