水火資生，調燮班隆於造化；鼎鐺無恙，式憑責在於明神。位居五祀之尊，職司之命，幸蒙庇佑，啟乏輸誠。恭維東廚司命竈府神君位前，分榆燄於星垣，靈鍾非偶。宗祖水源木木有貫前賢之大孝，止不匱之肫。
