本山病非香積，無白雪黃芽上供帝座，亦無山餚野蔌款待嘉賓，惟牛膝、沙參、乾苔、石耳。聞山之風味，籍籍人口。蘇易簡曰：物無定味，適口爲珍。此司庖之妙訣也。
