運主厥陰初气，時配手少陽三焦相火，宜每日子丑時，叠手按髀，轉身拗頸，左右聳引，各三五度，叩齒吐納漱咽，治風气積滯，頸項痛，耳后肩臑痛，背痛，肘臂諸痛。
