奏爲。入齋意至依

教奉行。以今朝

真行道，祗迓

恩光。謹具

聞者。臣誠惶誠恐，稽首頓首。端拜恭惟

十方太上靈寶天尊聖前。恭望

聖慈，俯垂省覽。以臣下情無任，瞻

天仰聖。垂慈保佑。謹詞。
