凡大衆齋食時，先檢點數目，知會行堂人，安排位次。如賓客到山，先報數于庫房，以便備茶，次報數于廚房，以便備齋。賓客幾位，僕從幾人。凡賓客之或尊或卑，或遠或近，或住或去，皆其專司也。
